Location
Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel is nestled between Old and New Montreal, offering a great starting point for exploring both areas. The rooms, though slightly small for the price, boast extremely comfortable beds and a fantastic working space. The service, especially from Lisa at the front desk, is top-notch, but some minor oversight in seating could be improved. The central location allows easy access to Old Montreal, the financial district, and the port district. The dining options, while convenient, could use a bit more variety. Overall, a well-located hotel with comfortable rooms and excellent service.
My stay at the hotel exceeded all my expectations. The room was spacious, well-decorated, and had a pleasant vibe with all the comfort you'd expect from a 5-star hotel and more. It was clean, with attention to small details and design choices, and the fully stocked mini bar was a nice touch. The service was exceptional, making me feel welcome and providing above-and-beyond care. The location was perfect, right at the start of the Old Town area of Montreal. The dining experience was exceptional, and the facilities were top-notch.
I was beyond impressed with the room I stayed in, boasting large windows with a stunning park view that exceeded all expectations. The room was incredibly spacious, offering all the comfort I could ask for in a 5-star hotel and more. Although there was a mix-up with my breakfast inclusion, the room's decor and pleasant vibe made up for it. The only downside was the obstructed view of a building right in front of my window.
The hotel surpassed all our expectations with spacious rooms that have a Nespresso machine, bathrobes, a complete stocked mini bar, and snacks. The comfort and decor of the rooms truly reflect a 5-star experience, providing a pleasant vibe in the atrium hallway. Staff constantly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, with standout service from Lisa at the front desk and Mireille, the chief Concierge. The central location allowed easy access to various districts of the city, providing a great walking experience to many attractions. The dining experience was exceptional, offering delicious meals served on a long table/bar. On the downside, some aspects of the service fell short, the pricing may not suit all budgets, and the dining options could be more varied.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with a park view, but unfortunately, the curtains couldn't fully block the view from a nearby building. The service, especially from Lisa at the front desk and Mireille, the chief Concierge, was top-notch with assistance for our Uber account and great city exploration ideas. The location is central for walking around old Montreal and the port district, although the view isn't ideal for business trips. The dining experience was mixed, as the food was delicious but served on a long, thin table/bar. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory.
The hotel is situated in a prime location, allowing easy access to Old Montreal, the financial district, and the port area. The rooms are convenient and come with lovely balconies, even though they lacked balcony furniture. The service, especially from the concierge Mirelle, was exceptional, making us feel like family. However, there was a slight inconvenience with the unprepared rooms upon arrival and the obstructed view due to an adjacent building.
